Heroic Journey Costs

I understand that the total cost of this Journey is $1,750.00 for one father/son pair, with a $500.00 deposit due after this application submission to lock in my spot. I understand that each family team is responsible for its own travel and accommodations TO AND FROM Montana. I agree to pay in full the applicable expenses outlined above.

Heroic Journey Refund Policy

I understand that the $500 deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. If I cancel after January 31st of my trip year, I understand that I will not be refunded any payments, and a $300 cancellation fee will occur. I understand that my Heroic Journey balance is due April 1st of my trip year. If I cancel after April 30th of my trip year, I understand that I will not be refunded any payments, and a $300 cancellation fee will occur. If I have not paid my trip balance at that time, I understand that the balance amount will be invoiced with the $300 cancellation fee.

The Heroic Journey is...

A multi-month process that begins in January and ends in August. Will require about 9-12 hours of my intentional time and energy PER MONTH.

Heroic Journey Code Agreement

I agree to participate 100% in every part of the Heroic Journey, which includes 1) a movie to watch with my son each month, 2) required monthly Zoom calls for fathers and Sons, 3) and a monthly mini-adventure together. I agree to participate 100% in every part of the Heroic Journey. I agree to respect others opinions, addressing one another through Christ’s truth and grace. Submit to absolute, biblical truth, which provides a foundation for life change and The New Frontier teaching. Respect and receive the teaching, counsel, accountability, and direction of The New Frontier Staff. Participate openly and honestly in all sessions and outings.
