Advanced Adventure Application

TWO THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Filling out this application DOES NOT guarantee you a spot on the adventure. Once TNF staff receives and reviews your application, we will send you a link to pay the adventure deposit. Once your deposit it paid, your spot on the Montana trip is locked in and GUARANTEED. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have.

2. If your son is 17 and under, you will fill out the section "If your son is currently 17 or under..." and your son's deposit will be included with yours (amounting to $500 in total). If your son is 18+, he will fill out his own application and pay for his deposit separately from yours.

An Additional Opportunity: Turn Your Adventure into a Journey

This additional offering is not mandatory, but we've found the best Montana experiences actually begin at home. If you opt to turn your adventure into a journey, you will engage in relational rhythms with your father or son that begin laying a foundation for our discussions in Montana. You will:

Walk together before and after your trip to Montana, so you have the time you need to establish a new way of life together. We don’t want this just to be a cool experience you did once. We want to help you and your boy cultivate and deepen your relationships.
Practice realistic relational rhythms that work for your son’s current stage of life so that you can deepen your relationship with each other and God during and beyond the Advanced. Between studying, career goals, and significant others, it can be challenging to find time to connect. The rhythms we offer leave room for you to implement them in a way that works for your son’s stage of life.
Lay a foundation for our discussion to Montana. The materials father and sons go through together provide a strong foundational understanding of what we will be discussing in Montana. Through books and relational rhythms, you will already have a strong idea of the topics we will discuss and what it means to live a purposeful life rooted in God's Greater Story.

Photo Release

I grant to The New Frontier Ministries, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. Advanced Adventure Cost

I understand that the total cost of this trip is $1,099.00 per person, with a $250.00 due after this application submission to lock in my spot. I understand that each father and son participant team is responsible for their own travel and accommodations TO AND FROM Montana.

Advanced Adventure Refund Policy

I understand that the $250 deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. If I cancel my trip after April 30th of my trip year, I understand that I will not be refunded any payments, and a $300 cancellation fee will occur. I understand that my Advanced Adventure balance is due June 1st of my trip year. If I cancel after June 1st of my trip year, I understand that I will not be refunded any payments, and a $300 cancellation fee will occur. If I have not paid my trip balance, I understand that the balance amount will be invoiced with the $300 cancellation fee. I understand and agree with all the terms above.

Advanced Adventure Code Agreement

I agree to participate 100% in every part of the Advanced Adventure. I agree to respect others opinions, addressing one another through Christ’s truth and grace.
