Volunteer with us!

what is the new frontier?

The Father/Son Identity Adventures are designed to grow and strengthen the relationship between a father and sons while deepening each of their relationships with their Heavenly Dad. There are three teams in which you can serve, including the video team, the kitchen team, and the engagement team.

kitchen Team

You will help our cook prepare before and clean up after each meal. This job requires no experience, but it does require good, hard work, elbow grease, and a servant attitude!
Two spots available per week.

Video Team

The TNF team desires to capture the beautiful moments that occur throughout each week. You will be using various camera equipment to capture the moment. This job requires experience as the moment goes quickly, and requires volunteers who have a medium to high understanding of how a camera works. This is a fast paced job as we have limited cameras, but it is thrilling and fun! Please include any and all photography and video experience in the application.
Two spots available per week.

Engagement team

Sometimes, the hardest part about each week is helping the young men engage, but through huddles and activities such as ultimate frisbee the sons come together as a community! You will help plan and execute extra activities throughout the week with our engagement leader.
One spot available per week.

*We reserve the right to change job description at any point during the week based on need.

How does this work?

First, you will fill out the application at the bottom of the page. Please be as specific as possible as we rely on your specificity and honesty in making our decision. After you have filled out an application, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your application.

Once we review your application, you will be contacted via email about next steps.

If your application is accepted, we will contact you with details about scheduling a meeting either over the phone or in person. After meeting, our team will make their final decision. You will receive a phone call within a week or so and an email with your next steps on your adventure!

Thank you for your interest in serving
with us to help change the lives of father and sons!

What happens once I am accepted?

As a volunteer*, if you are a student, you will need to raise $1,500* which includes everything when your boots are on the ground. You have the opportunity to receive up to 60 service hours for school, and $500 will be donated as a contribution toward your education. This trip is similar to a missions trip. You will receive no monetary compensation for your time and service as a volunteer.

If you are not in school or do not plan on attending school, you need to raise only $1000 to cover your trip expenses.
You will arrive two days ahead of the trip to prepare for your role. This is subject to change based on our discretion. Though it is unlikely, we will contact you if dates shift!
